Our Policies

Shipping Policy

  • We deliver across Pakistan.
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days (depending on your city).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide.
  • Shipping charges will be shown at checkout (may vary by location).
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation with tracking details.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges/refunds if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item was delivered.
• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product for exchanges/refunds:
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless it’s our mistake).
• Refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
• No refunds/exchanges for “change of mind”.
